The Fitness League technique:
Mainly exercise, part dance, the Fitness League teaches rhythmic movement to music to energise and strengthen the whole body.
Classes are fun, varied and include exercises to strengthen abdominals to achieve the 'central control' so essential for safe, effective exercise and good posture. Soon you look taller and leaner – without losing a kilo!
Regular participation in classes leads to:
